MEET JESSICA
HELLO THERE!
I’m a Southern California based photographer drawn to rich color, beautiful light, genuine connection, and bold imagery.
I photograph seniors, families, maternity, talent, dancers, personal brands, weddings, and all the seasons in between. While every session looks a little different, my approach is always personal. I want to know who you are, what matters to you, and what you want these photographs to feel like years from now.
Based in Simi Valley, I photograph throughout Ventura County, Los Angeles County, Malibu, and beyond.
A Little About My Story
Long before photography became my full time world, I spent more than a decade alongside my child in the entertainment industry as a stage and set mom.
That experience took me behind the scenes of productions including Criminal Minds, Modern Family, The Orville, The Shrink Next Door, and Little Fires Everywhere. I spent years around auditions, sets, photographers, agents, managers, and working actors, and it gave me an understanding of the industry that continues to influence the way I photograph talent today.
I have since photographed actors, dancers, performers, and emerging talent for headshots, portfolio development, and creative projects. I understand that strong talent imagery needs to do more than look beautiful. It needs to feel current, intentional, and true to the person in front of my camera.
My Approach
I love beautiful portraits, but I also love everything that happens between them.
The laugh you did not plan. The movement of a dress. The way your child reaches for your hand. The expression that happens right after I tell you we already got the shot.
I will guide you when you need direction and give you space when the best thing happening is already unfolding.
My style combines polished portraiture with genuine moments, rich color, movement, and a little bit of cinematic storytelling.
Your Session Should Feel Like You
I do not believe everyone needs the same location, wardrobe, poses, or version of a photography session.
We will plan your session around your personality and the story you want your images to tell. I can help with locations, wardrobe, styling, posing, creative direction, and all the little decisions that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
My growing Client Closet is also available for select sessions, and if we do not already have the perfect piece, I am always happy to help you source something that fits the vision.
Most importantly, you do not need to know how to pose or feel completely comfortable in front of a camera before you arrive. That part is my job.

Some sessions are quiet and sentimental. Some are colorful and full of movement. Some are carefully styled from beginning to end.

How do I book a session?
Booking is simple. Reach out through our website, email, or phone to share your needs, ask questions, and check availability. A deposit is required to reserve your date.

What should I wear for my photoshoot?
Choose outfits that feel polished, comfortable, and true to your style. Solid colors, clean lines, and coordinated tones often photograph well and help keep the focus on you and your brand.

How long does a photoshoot take?
Session length depends on the project. Shorter portrait sessions may take about 45 minutes to an hour, while larger photography projects can take several hours.

When will I receive my photos?
We take time to edit each gallery carefully so your final images meet our quality standards. Most sessions are delivered within 2-3 weeks, while larger projects may take up to 6 weeks.

Do you offer prints or just digital images?
We offer both digital images and professional print options, including albums and wall art, so you can showcase your photography in the way that works best for you.

What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor session?
If weather affects your outdoor session, we’ll work with you to reschedule or move the session indoors when possible. We always aim to choose the best solution together.
