Frequently Asked Questions

What if it rains or the weather changes?
I always build in flexibility for travel sessions. We can adjust the time, change locations, or use one of the backup dates included in your package. Another option is moving indoors. I love creating bold, beautiful images in unique indoor spaces. This could be your rental home, a stylish Airbnb, a cozy cabin, a modern studio, or even a chic hotel lobby. Indoor sessions can feel just as magical and give us a whole new creative backdrop.

Can multiple families share the travel fee?
Yes. Many families book back to back sessions while I am in town. Each additional family can reserve their own session at the add on rate listed above.

Can I book an extended family session during travel?
Yes. Extended family sessions are available. To cover the additional time and group coordination, please add $300 to your selected travel package. This allows us to capture the big group portraits, smaller family groupings, and plenty of candid moments so every branch of your family tree is included.

Do you help with choosing a location?
Absolutely. I will guide you through the best options for your session, whether it is a beach, mountain, city, or styled setting. I also help with timing so we get the most flattering light.

How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better. Travel sessions are limited and book quickly, especially around holidays and peak seasons.

Are styled sessions available during travel?
Yes. Styled sessions with gowns, props, or creative sets can be added to any package. We will plan the details together so your session feels completely unique.

What is included in the gallery?
Every travel session includes an online gallery with all edited images and unlimited downloads. You can print, share, and relive your memories without restrictions.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?
Payment in full at the time of booking is customary and secures your date right away. If you prefer, we can split the payment into two parts. In that case, a 50 percent non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and the remaining 50 percent balance is due 30 days prior to your session. If travel plans shift, I will work with you to adjust your session date whenever possible.
